Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of a booking must be confirmed by fax or email, followed by phone call to the Hotel Napoleon within 48 hours. In the event of a cancellation of the booking by the part of the Client, Hotel Napoleon applies the following penalties:
- No penalty for cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date
- A penalty equal to 30% of the deposit value in the case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days preceding the arrival date
- A penalty equal to 50% of the deposit value in the case of cancellation between 7 and 3 days preceding the arrival date
- A penalty equal to 100% of the deposit value in the case of cancellation in the 2 days preceding the arrival date
